Row counter and marker
This tool is used as a round start marker and row counter in knitting.
With each turn, you pass your needle through the next ring, allowing you to count from 1 to 10.
When you have finished these ten rows, you have a small marker that counts the tens. You place it in the first ring (for the tens then in the second ring for the twenties,...) and you place your needle in this ring also (for the 1) so you are in the 11th row, and so on.
So you can count up to 99 rows.
I added a lobster clasp so you can hang your markers, or close this row counter as a bracelet, or even hang it in your bag.
You also have a marker at the end of the row counter, to mark, for example, the seam on a sweater (the row counter can be used as a round start marker).
This will make a very nice gift for a knitter.
This row counter is made in France by Made in Laine in small series.
