The technique

• This pattern is knitted flat from top to bottom.
• the back is knitted first up to the armholes.
• the front stitches are picked up on the shoulders.
• the body is then knitted in one piece starting from the armholes.
• the sleeves are knitted in the round.
• the neckline and button bands are knitted last.
